Martyn Ware’s Adventures in the Electroverse In Collaboration with Monitor Audio

Martyn Ware’s Adventures in the Electroverse makes its London debut at Conway Hall this February

After its world premiere at the World Trade Centre in New York and European debut at The Piece Hall in Halifax, Adventures in the Electroverse, in collaboration with Monitor Audio, arrives in London for a highly anticipated run at Conway Hall.

Essex, UK – 16th Jan 2025:  This fully immersive art and 3D sound installation by Yorkshire electronic music pioneer Martyn Ware, in collaboration with Monitor Audio, opens to the public on the 12th February 2025. The exhibition invites visitors into a world of sensory discovery, blending Martyn’s deep passion for absorbing stories, innovative sound and captivating visuals.

Adventures in the Electroverse combines Martyn’s love of oral history and 3D soundscape experiences. The exhibition utilises content reimagined from his highly-regarded Electronically Yours with Martyn Ware podcast, played back through Monitor Audio’s cutting-edge SoundFrame on-wall speakers.

Each speaker is adorned with portraits of the artists and personalities who joined Martyn on his podcast, creating a truly immersive and visually striking experience. Visitors will be transported into the minds of

influential figures from music, art, film, comedy, and beyond—many of whom Martyn has met throughout his celebrated career.

To celebrate the exhibition launch, Martyn will also be appearing at two special events as part of the Adventures in the Electroverse series:

The first, Adventures in the Electroverse: The Story, will delve into the origins of his Electronically Yours podcast and the journey that brought it to life.

The second, The Power of Sound: Creating a Better Future, concludes the series, exploring how music and sound can inspire positive change and shape a better world.
